Public description:

Josef is a whopping three feet tall with brown hair and gray eyes that seem to see everything. He is dressed in plain, nondescript clothing with a hooded cloak. A silk rope is usually coiled over one shoulder and diagonal across the chest and he wears a backpack. His only visible armament is a sling hanging from his belt. He has two belt pouches and one seems to be heavier than the other.
